Slightly out of focus, but he looks so happy running through the snow.

Happy New Year!
My last day of work in 2010 included:
#1 Someone came in with a Liberati e-book reader and I was called. The device was connected to our wireless. OK.
Not OK - the users wanted to know how to use their device. How do you politely say, RTFM!"
#2 - Monitor in crucial location is blinking from white to blue.
My answer - "What colors do you prefer?"
LOL Just kidding. I replaced it.

Snow Dog
Tucker in the snow. As you can see, the dogs have out on the snow quite a bit.
Now is this a good-looking guy or what? (11 months yesterday)

Book Errors
Sometimes my mind rambles too.
I just finished reading the book Dead or Alive by Tom Clancy and Grant Blackwood. It's a great story, but I found 3 errors in the library edition that I read. ISBN 978-0-399-15723-3 Copyright 2010 by Rubicon.

"The witness reports would invariably fall into one of three general categories: I saw nothing; ... it all happened so fast; and ... I don't speak Russian. And of those accounts, the only true statement was likely the last one: It all happened so fast."
That was not the last statement, it was the 2nd statement.

"He had everything cross-filed on his computer, all of it in the terabytes of RAM on the The Campus's monstrous server, and he called up the most recent documents..."
The data would not have been stored in RAM on the server.

"Almost immediately it became apparent that the Cushman's breaks were inadequate."
It should be "brakes", not "breaks".
