Bitter Ant?

This is a product description for a can of air duster:

"Multi purpose duster
Non-flammable, compressed gas
Contains a bitter ant to help discourage inhalant abuse
Removes dust and dirt off all surfaces"

I guess being put in a can of compressed air would make an ant bitter.
Or maybe they meant to say, bitterant. That does make more sense.
